Public procurements

The office has been active in the field of public procurements for many years – representing both applicants participating in announced procurements, assisting in drawing up tenders, adjusting draft contracts, contesting the decisions, as well as consulting entrepreneurs and subjects of public law in connection with the organisation of procurements, setting requirements for candidates or applicants, amending the contracts, as well as other issues.
