Public procurements

The office has been active in the field of public procurements for many years – representing both applicants participating in announced procurements, assisting in drawing up tenders, adjusting draft contracts, contesting the decisions, as well as consulting entrepreneurs and subjects of public law in connection with the organisation of procurements, setting requirements for candidates or applicants, amending the contracts, as well as other issues. We help preparing complaints to the Procurement Monitoring Office, as well as represent clients in examination of complaints in the institution and in court. We help in connection with the necessary registrations and submission of documents to the State Revenue Service. We represent clients in disputes with the State Revenue Service both in the institution and in court. The office has experience in relation to requesting a prejudicial resolution from the Court of Justice of the European Union in relation to the interpretation of regulatory enactments, representing the client in this court in Luxembourg, as a result of which a court decision favourable to the client was obtained.

Family and inheritance law

We provide high-quality legal assistance in matters of family law related to dissolution of marriage, division of joint property of spouses, claim of contribution to the separate property of the other spouse, issues of custody and contact rights. We represent clients in the orphan’s and custody court and in court, as well as help prepare applications and complaints to other law enforcement authorities. We work with international cases dealing with issues of jurisdiction, issues of abduction and return of children to the home country. We provide consultations on issues of inheritance law and have gained considerable experience in relation to the cases in which heirs and/or the mass of the succession are located in several countries, therefore the inheritance must be settled in courts of several countries in accordance with the laws of these countries.
